St. Peter’s Church, 22 Barclay St., Manhattan, will continue a New York City tradition with a Christmas concert featuring The Salvatones, New York Virtuosi and Stephen Fraser under the direction of Daniel Brondel, associate director of music at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The concert will take place on Monday, Dec. 22, at 7 p.m. The program includes Christmas favorites that everyone will sing together, including “O Come, All Ye Faithful” and “Joy to the World.” Also featured will be an excerpt from Handel's “Messiah”; Corelli's “Christmas Concerto”; Vivaldi’s “Winter”; Paul Halley's jazzy arrangement of “Go, Tell It on the Mountain”; and Saunder Choi’s “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.” Tickets: $25, $35 at the door. more
