Cardinal Dolan visited Kurdistan, an autonomous region within the nation of Iraq. Cardinal Dolan, chairman of the Catholic Near East Welfare Association, was there April 9-11, along with Bishop William Murphy of Rockville Centre, board member of CNEWA, Msgr. John Kozar, president of CNEWA, and Msgr. Kevin Sullivan, executive director of archdiocesan Catholic Charities.
