Douglas D. Menagh, who was an attorney for a number of unions, died at his home in Manhattan on July 10, CNY has learned. He was 63.
A native New Yorker and graduate of Fordham Law School, he maintained a private legal practice that served union members. In 1997, he was named Man of the Year by the Catholic Council of the Electrical Workers, Local 3.
He is survived by his children Nancy and Douglas, and his sister Diane Menagh. A Memorial Mass was offered at St. John the Evangelist Church, the parish where he had lived his whole life.
