St. Gianna Mass to Be Offered May 16 for Couples Struggling With Infertility, Miscarriage

“An Evening of Prayer for Couples Struggling with Infertility and Recurrent Miscarriage,” and for their families and friends, will be offered Wednesday, May 16 at St. Catherine of Siena Church on the East Side.

Father Jonah Pollock, O.P., executive director of the Dominican Friars Health Care Ministry of New York, will serve as principal celebrant and homilist of the 6:30 p.m. St. Gianna Mass. The liturgy will be followed by the veneration of relics and a light reception, with the opportunity to meet privately with physicians and practitioners who specialize in assisting couples with infertility.

The gathering, at 411 E. 68th St. between First and York avenues, is sponsored by the archdiocesan Family Life Office, the Dominican Friars Health Care Ministry of New York and the National Gianna Center for Women’s Health and Fertility.
