The 24th Way of the Cross over the Brooklyn Bridge will be held Good Friday, April 19.
The journey will begin at St. James Cathedral-Basilica in Downtown Brooklyn at 10 a.m. It will continue across the Brooklyn Bridge, and make stops at City Hall and Ground Zero before concluding at St. Peter’s Church on Barclay Street in lower Manhattan at 1:30 p.m.
The event, sponsored by the Communion and Liberation ecclesial movement, commemorates five stations of the Passion of Jesus Christ.
