ArchCare Offers Rides for PACE Participants

ArchCare has launched a free transportation system to provide non-emergency patient transportation for its PACE participants in the New York City area.

ArchCare is partnering with Ride Health in the venture to assist PACE participants. ArchCare’s Senior Life, Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is for people age 55 and over who qualify for nursing-home-level of care and may receive care at home.

“Being able to get around is a chief hurdle for many of our elderly, and in these times, having a safe ride to programs and services makes a big difference...I can attest to the positive impact that this new service is having on their daily lives,” said Nadia Cherime, transportation coordinator at ArchCare.
