The annual Misa de la Hispanidad (Hispanic Day Mass) at St. Patrick’s Cathedral was celebrated Oct. 3 by Auxiliary Bishop Edmund Whalen. Msgr. Eduardo Chavez, rector of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico, delivered the homily.
