We all need to be joyful ambassadors for our Catholic schools, as Cardinal Dolan writes (CNY, Jan. 27). I would further challenge my fellow Catholics to start providing more monetary support. I suggest that all Catholic families set aside at least $1 a day. I would also suggest that all political donations made by our Catholic families be redirected to supporting our Catholic schools. It is the difference between being a day trader or being a long-term investor.
