Re: Msgr. Kevin Nelan’s article entitled “Why Am I Celibate?” (CNY, Nov. 22).
After reading Catholic New York and its predecessor, the Catholic News, for decades, I nominate this article as best ever!
As the Creed is to the tenants of our faith, this article is to the time-honored discipline of priestly celibacy. It says it all and is most welcome.
It hangs on my refrigerator now as instruction and inspiration for my 23 grandchildren.
