Sister Eileen Quinn, O.P., who taught at Corpus Christi in Manhattan for seven years, died June 24 at St. Dominic Villa, Hazel Green, Wis. She was 77.
Sister Eileen was at Corpus Christi, 1966-1973. She also served in Wisconsin, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
Born in Chicago, Sister Eileen entered the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa in 1962 and professed her final vows in 1970.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Edgewood College, Madison, Wis.; and master’s degree in reading supervision from Cardinal Stritch College, Milwaukee.A Funeral Mass was held at the Dominican motherhouse, Sinsinawa, Wis. Burial followed in the Motherhouse Cemetery.
