St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill unveiled its new Fitzpatrick Village 500 residence hall with a ribbon-cutting held just before school reopened Sept. 8. Fitzpatrick Village is named after president emerita, Sister Margaret Fitzpatrick, S.C., holding scissors, who served as college president for 25 years before retiring in June. To her right is Ken Daly, the college’s new president, and to her left is Bill Werner of Werner Construction. Also pictured are resident assistants and students. The residence hall features 36 two-person bedrooms with a large common area on each of its two floors.
